Wealthrail is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or bank. Wealthrail facilitates investments pursuant to Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933 and files Form D with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Wealthrail does not provide investment advice. All decisions to invest are solely at the discretion of the User. Wealthrail does not guarantee returns or the performance of any investment opportunity offered through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Be a U.S.-based accredited investor as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D.
• Complete all registration processes accurately, providing truthful information.
• Submit verification of your accredited investor status via a third-party service or documentation.

Wealthrail reserves the right to deny access to any User who fails to meet these criteria.

Wealthrail's Role:

Wealthrail acts as an intermediary and administrative facilitator. We do not manage projects or act as a fiduciary. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence.
